    We just had the guys out again to completely rebuild our ductwork. They did an amazing job, got it done in a day, and actually cleaned up after themselves. I did find a pair of sunglasses though, so I’m going to have to call and see if someone wants them back.

    Seriously, you can’t go wrong with these guys. Since we moved into our new house our A/C was horrible. We had them come out and look at the unit and it was fine, so we started talking about the ductwork. We decided to replace it all and couldn’t be happier. We also really appreciated that they didn’t try and upsell us into a new AC unit.
    Did I mention they showed up on time? I know I was shocked too. It doesn’t happen with most contractors but the team at Integrity is the best.

    I used integrity air last year after using another company that didn’t do a great job. The other company replaced the motor in my Ac unit, and since they didn’t have the right one the put in a temp motor and never came back until I called and complained. Then the same guy came back took out the temp motor put in the right one but did half-assed job. Instead of asking them back for the third time, I called Integrity.

    Their rep took the time to show me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced and or fixed. He ended up spending about three hours fixing something that the other tech did wrong. It was awesome, we haven’t had an AC problem in the two summers since he was here. I would use them again.

    Our air conditioner gave up at the end of July. Truly the worst timing. The team at Integrity were responsive and had us back up and running with a new AC and furnace in a couple of weeks. They were reliable and worked quickly. Really great service! Would highly recommend.

    Gary Whitlock provided great customer service. He showed up in a mask for safety. He explained what he was going to do and did a thorough maintenance check and servicing of my two AC units. I definitely recommend using this company for your air conditioning needs.

    I called Integrity and Ace came out and showed me TRANE units. He was ver professional and down to earth. He explained everything thing to me in detail. I told him I wanted to shop around first. I did and could not find anything like what Integrity offered. I called Ace (well text) back at the same time he was calling me. I told him I would like to go ahead with the purchase. 2 days later my AC’s were installed. OMG! Everytime I come hime I can feel the difference from my old unit. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I could not be happier with Integrity than I am now. They even sent cookies in a tin To show their appreciation for business. This is the company you are looking for. Don’t waste your time looking at other companies.

    Integrity installed two new Lennox air conditioners on our home two years ago. Our home is cooler and our electricity bills are lower. We recently had them out to service both units to ensure that they were ready for summer. The technician was prompt and completed a very thorough inspection. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by Integrity Air Conditioning!

    I have used Integrity Air for many years and they have always provided excellent service. My last routine maintenance call was no different. The technician arrived early, was very respectful by taking all COVID precautions. He identified a part that was failing, and could result in my unit shutting down completely without notice. I was very happy to hear that the part was still under warranty. The service call, and replacement of the failing part were all done in a timely manner.

    I recently had a experience with integrity air conditioning. Let me briefly explain. They installed my unit December 2014. A trane unit. The compressor went bad in July 2020. The compressor had a 12-year warranty. But I would have to pay labor. Labor bill was $1275 for 3 hours of labor. So be careful of the labor cost on a warranty job on a supposedly well manufactured AC unit. If the owner actually reads this you can call me you have my information.

    Good morning Tracy Lawrence,

    I looked up your records and found that you did in fact have an install 12/24/2014 from us. The proposal as well as your invoice state that your warranty was 10 years on the parts and compressor with a 5 year labor warranty provided an annual service is performed. We installed your A/C and sent you a Christmas card as well as a reminder email in 2015 to call for a maintenance to keep your manufacturer warranty in place. Manufacturers as well as the installing company require the system to be maintained once a year. Your unit has never had a maintenance from our company. To change a compressor out in Arizona when it is in the 90’s – 100’s working on a unit is not easy. Our pricing is absolutely reasonable.
    The average home air conditioning compressor costs $1,200 to replace with a typical range anywhere from $800 to $2,800. Parts and labor each make up about 50% of the price. You’ll pay $400 to $1,600 for the parts alone. Labor runs $400 to $1,200 with most contractors billing $50 to $150 per hour.

    After 3 unproductive visits from the AC company that installed our unit that was still under warranty in our new home, we decided we needed to find another AC company if we ever wanted AC in our master bedroom again! My husband found Integrity on Yelp. Dave, the technician came out and had the problem solved and repaired in an hour. Happy household again!

    We had a Freon leak causing our air conditioner to freeze up. They were able to find the leak in one of the copper lines and repair it at the lowest cost possible. The guys were very nice and professional.

    I too found them on Rosie and have used them two times. First I have to say that the staff is very nice and the technician is a great guy. The first time I used them I was in a bind and my aircon was dead in July. The price was very steep for the job but I paid. The second time I had a furnace that was not working. I troubleshot the problem and the technician came out who agreed with me that the ignitor was bad. I was quoted that this part would cost $317. I was in shock since an ignitor is nothing more than a rod with wires that heats up for the furnace to ignite, no rocket science. I shopped around and found a new factory part from Carrier for less than $45. I installed the part and works just fine.

    I realize that price mark-up is how a lot of companies make their money but this is truly gross misconduct and really uncalled for. Now I want to be clear the staff is awesome and this is why I gave them 2 stars but in this economy and with a Rosie rating I am very disappointed.
